Memory of places, Memory of the in-between, for a poetics of Relationship
Keywords:
in-between, poetics of the relationship, writing, identity, othernessAbstract
Nina Bouraoui's writing is characterized by an indeterminacy and instability that is manifested on the generic, identity and sexual levels. The writer refuses to be in a univocal and definitive way and she chooses to build an imaginary from the place of the in-between, that means the space of meeting and disjunction at the same time. Nina Bouraoui offers a fine example of a tormented writing, an exploded syntax, a memory explored without limits and without scruples. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze Nina Bouraoui's mechanisms of production of meaning from the notion of in-between.
